 The Choices Hostel, a crisis pregnancy centre, is up and running and the charity is still closely involved in its management, from sponsoring training to covering some of the costs involved in the centre's adoption scheme. An important initiative was the opening of the craft room, which offers the women staying at the centre the opportunity to learn new skills making bags, cards, pictures and cushion covers, for example that will help them earn a living when they leave the hostel. Now funding is needed for a family support unit and a nursery where abandoned babies can be cared for while they await adoption or fostering.
